Step 1:

You tell us you need a website by purchasing a website package. Upon your payment we will send you a link to our website information submission area. This will let us know what you are looking for in a website, provide us with basic information about your project needs , web hosting, and registering domain name. It also enables you to begin submitting basic content for your site. Be sure to let us know how many pages you need, (depends on package) and whether you want flash animation, e-commerce, or any other special requests that may not have been "added on" during the initial purchase.(Please inquire about pricing for your specific needs)

Step 2:

Once you submit the form and materials for us to review, we'll make sure that we have everything needed to complete the basic structure of the site. Designing the look and feel of your website that includes the graphical header at the top of the page, color scheme, incorporation of your business logo and/or slogan, navigation system and the organization and sections of your website. Reviewing the template with you and making adjustments. This is part of the design phase. Gathering information, graphics and data from your company for use on the website. We will communicate with you through phone or email to clarify any questions on details we may have. Once we have clear direction for your site we will begin working on the basics needed for your site including graphics, database set-up, domain registrations, etc.

Step 3:

You'll see an initial website in 10 days or less! (Features like flash, e-commerce, Content Management Systems; special programming may require additional time.) It’s at this time you may submit a basic set of revisions if you have any. Make sure that your important keyword phrases are included in all of the appropriate places on your site and that these keyword phrases have their own, dedicated page. After your website is completed and online we will register your website with the major search engine sites (Google, Yahoo, Bing, AOL, Altavista, etc.) and help you identify sites to obtain links from. This is the first part of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) phase.

Step 4:

SEO and Marketing is one of the areas that most other website developers do not address enough of. We will review and discuss ways and options to integrate your website into your business. Your business should promote your website which will in turn promote your business. This is part of the integration phase that covers both Internet Marketing and Conventional Marketing. What good is a beautiful website if no one knows about it...

Step 5:

When we have your site just the way you want it, we'll post the final files to your web host account and make sure everything works as promised. When you agree the project is complete, we will promote the site to Production.
